The place itself is the product: water, silence and greenery, with only the buildings a small retreat needs.
About the project
River Reset is a small private space for rest, recovery and life in nature on a site between two rivers.
It is not a resort or a hotel: instead of many buildings, a compact system of houses, a banya and lounge areas. The main value is the place itself — water, silence and greenery. Architecture and infrastructure only support it.
What the project includes
How we tested the concept
- what minimum infrastructure a private retreat needs to feel complete;
- which area and layout give guests the best experience;
- how people perceive a place where the main product is contact with nature rather than the number of amenities;
- how small-scale nature accommodation works in terms of demand and economics.
Where the project is now
The project is in development: the site is secured, the concept has been tested, the property is not yet complete. The format and terms of participation are discussed individually.
