Who we are

This policy explains how IBER HOMES PTE. LTD. (“IBER HOMES”, “we”) handles personal data collected on app.iber.homes/investment, including the project catalog and the request forms.

IBER HOMES PTE. LTD. is a company registered in Singapore. Registered office: 68 Circular Road, #02-01, Singapore 049422. We process personal data in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What data we collect

Data you send us through the forms.

• Investor request: name, email, WhatsApp / Telegram (optional), country, your message and your preferences — formats, project stage, horizon, budget range and regions.
• Project submission: name, email, WhatsApp / Telegram (optional), your role, project name, location, format, stage, what you are looking for, size, capital required, description and links to materials.

Data collected automatically.

• Google Analytics: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location (city/country), traffic source. Google Analytics uses cookies.
• Your language choice (English / Russian) is stored in your browser so the site opens in that language next time.

Why we use it

• to reply to your request and discuss a project with you;
• to match your request with suitable projects and let you know when one appears;
• to review projects submitted by owners and partners;
• to understand how the site is used and improve it.

We process form data on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form. Analytics is used to run and improve the site.

Who else receives the data

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with services that help run the site:

• Web3Forms — delivers form submissions to our email;
• Google — Analytics (site statistics) and Google Fonts (fonts);
• Namecheap — website hosting.

These services may process data outside your country. We share your contact details with the owner of a specific project only with your consent.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while we are working on your request and for up to 3 years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it earlier.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, withdraw your consent or stop receiving information about projects at any time — just write to info@iber.homes. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) or the data protection authority in your country.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies to count visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will keep working.

Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last update.
