Privacy policy

Who we are

This policy explains how IBER HOMES PTE. LTD. (“IBER HOMES”, “we”) handles personal data collected on app.iber.homes (IBER Places), including the “Tell us what you have” form. The Selected projects section (app.iber.homes/investment) has its own policy.

IBER HOMES PTE. LTD. is a company registered in Singapore. Registered office: 68 Circular Road, #02-01, Singapore 049422. We process personal data in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

Contact for any privacy questions, including our data protection contact: info@iber.homes.

What data we collect

Data you send through the “Tell us what you have” form: what you have (land, a property, a project, skills or something else), your name, email, WhatsApp and Telegram (optional), country and your message. Depending on your choice: the country and place of a site, its size, what is there now and what you would like to do with it; or the project name, a one-line description, place, format, stage, what the project is looking for and its website; or your professional area.

We do not ask for photos or documents in the form. If we continue the conversation, we send a separate link for them.

Together with the message we record the page it was sent from, the language, the button you came from, campaign tags and the partner code from the link you arrived by (if any).

Data collected automatically:

  • Google Analytics: pages viewed, buttons used, device and browser type, approximate location (city/country), traffic source. Google Analytics uses cookies.
  • Your language choice (English / Russian) is stored in your browser.

Why we use it

  • to reply to your message and discuss your place, project or skills;
  • to review projects and, with your agreement, present suitable ones on Selected projects;
  • to understand how the site is used and improve it.

We process form data on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form.

Who else receives the data

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with services that help run the site:

  • our internal request system (iberhub) on app.iber.homes — receives and stores your message;
  • our server — keeps a backup copy if the request system is temporarily unavailable, and sends us an email notice;
  • Google — Analytics (site statistics) and Google Fonts (fonts);
  • Namecheap — website hosting and email.

These services may process data outside your country. We share your contact details with other project participants only with your consent.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while we discuss your message and for up to 3 years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it earlier.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent at any time — write to info@iber.homes. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) or the data protection authority in your country.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies to count visits. Our request system sets its own cookies: if you arrive through a partner link (with a partner code in the address), the code is kept for 90 days (cookie ih_a), and campaign tags (utm) for 30 days, so that a message can be attributed to the right source. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will keep working.

Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last update.
